Today I received an envelope in the mail. It was a window envelope, made of brownish-colored paper. On the front it said: RECORDS VERIFICATION DIVISION PO BOX 2779 BOULDER, COLO. 80322 --------------------- For business purposes only. NOT FOR PERSONAL USE. --------------------- POSTMASTER: Do not forward unless addressee has filed an authorizing change- of address form. If undeliverable, please handle in accordance with U.S.P.S. regulations. RECIPIENT: If address shown above is incorrect or if you are moving, please use Form KWN1070 on back to supply correct address Form SNE2211 This text was along the left side of the envelope. In the center was a standard sort of window through which my name and address was showing. Sure enough, the back contained form KWN1070: INSTRUCTIONS If address shown on front is incorrect, please complete this form and return in special envelope enclosed. Please print all information. ------------------------------------------------------------------ FORM KWN1070: Notification of incorrect address ------------------------------------------------------------------ Mr. Ms. ______________________________________________________ last name first middle Address_____________________________________ Apt._________ City____________________ State___________ Zip_____________ IMPORTANT If your address is correct as it appears on the front, do not file Form KWN1070 above. Return enclosed computer document instead. Before you read any further, think about what you might expect to find inside this envelope.
