  Anyone still looking for a device that measures the energy cost in a
appliance can find on in Edmunds "Scientific Living" catalog. Punch in
your local energy cost and plug something into it and it displays how
much you are paying for it. Cost ~$80 and qualifies for Fed energry tax
credit.
