First City has moved it's VISA processing out of Texas to South
Dakota so that now they can charge their customers a "service" fee.
Of course, I hadn't saved the recent postings on truly free VISA/MC cards.
By truly free, I mean no annual service charge, no interest if balance is
paid in full each month except for cash advances.
Could some kind soul mail me the details? I'll summarize for the net.
