[net.consumers] Restless Leg Syndrome

A while back there was a discussion of Restless Leg Syndrome,
a condition where a person experiences twitching or movement
of the legs, usually while sleeping or trying to sleep.  I
didn't pay much attention at the time, but now find myself
needing the information about what can be done for this.
