[net.consumers] Phone Solicit.: Knowing caller's number is no help

And what would you do with that number?  Call back?  It's always busy or
noone answers.  And if someone would answer, s/he would consider your call
a nuisance and waste of time and hang up *ON YOU*.  Then what ????

Now, if the caller was breaking some law it could be a different story !!
