The discussion of obscene 976's started me thinking: how does one find out about all the available 976's? I know there are all sorts of information services around the NY area in this exchange but I don't know what they are. How do you know what you will be charged for a call, and who will be receiving it? -- The Maxwell R. Mayhem Institute for Quandary Requiem and Maternal Sciamachy Accept no substitutes.

David Letterman once had an interview with some guy who wrote some book which was a directory of every toll-free number in existence.
