*** FREEZE THIS LINE WITH YOUR MESSAGE *** We are considering the purchase of a freezer. So far, the only models and prices we've seen are those found in the Sears' catalog. We plan to shop around and have a look to other makes and models too. We'd appreciate any information on the important things to look for and, more specifically, your experience with various models. Then such things as cost of operation and ease of cleaning come next. We have a Whirlpool Freezer which has a little relay that fails about every 5 years on a Friday. We call Whirlpool Service and they send someone out on Monday to fix our Freezer. This seems almost unbelievable, but it has happened 3 times. On the other hand, Sears and our local appliance store repair freezers within a couple hours.
