I just wonder how long it will take the Justice Department to hit Polaroid with an anti-trust suit and force them to licence to Kodak their instant film technology? :-)

Anti-trust suits in response to patent/trade secret suits have become frighteningly common. If I remember correctly, Data General (?) lost exactly such an anti-trust suit this summer counterfiled by someone who was sued over unbundling something of DG's.
