[net.misc] Car buying guides query

   I am not sure if there is such a thing as net.auto so I am
putting this request in net.misc , so excuse me if I am treading
on someones news-partition views.
   I am thinking of buying a new car in the next few months and I would
like some references (written material) about car information, prices
and how to pick out the best car for my needs (i.e. a buying guide).
