My frat is looking to purchase industrial ovens for the kitchen. We have so far found gas ovens with an optional continuous cleaning coating. Having heard bad things about continuous cleaning - it doesn't work that well and wears off after a while. We have had no luck finding industrial ovens with self cleaning, either gas or electric. In fact we haven't found any electric industrial ovens at all. If anyone knows of manufacturers of what we need, please reply by mail. I'll send copies of the results to anyone who is interested. thanks warren P.S. Continuous cleaning means that the walls are coated with a substance which allegedly causes dirt to bake off the walls instead of bake into them. Self cleaning means that there is a mode in which the walls become extremely hot and the dirt is reduced to ash. -- 1 free, 2,999,999 to go
