Does anyone know of mortgage rates <= 10% yet? If so, what is the name of the institution, what is the interest rate and how many points. Also, is it fixed or floating. I will investigate and post the results. Thanks

Yes, Prudential Insurance Co. of Americas had 15 year mortgages for 9.62%.
