[net.bio] Need program for DNA restriction mapping

    Does anyone know where I can locate a program which 
will help me map DNA fragments using restriction endonucleases.
It is a very time consuming task, and is suitable to computer
implementaion.   I have seen a lot of algorithms presented
in various journals, but I have been unable to locate an 
actual program.  Just about anything would be of great assistance.
