[net.micro.trs-80] FORTRAN MI to MIII ?

I remember reading somewhere that there was a series of patches for
MicroSoft's FORTRAN compiler for the Model I to convert it to operate
on the Model III.

Does anyone out there remember such an article?  If so, please point
me in the right direction.
