[net.micro.trs-80] WANTED: info on Model100

I have recently acquired a Model 100 and wondered if anybody had useful
information about it. The sort of stuff I am looking for is termcap entries,
detailed memory maps, tricks and hints on use as a modem (over and above that
which is available in the manual). 
Is it possible to use INPUT$ to grab a ctrl-c character for instance?
