[net.micro.trs-80] Model 100 info?

pollack@uicsl.UUCP (10/07/85)

I just got a model 100 as a new toy!

Does anyone know where to get information on products
for and processes inside the Model 100?

No bookstores in town carry "Portable 100" so I must assume
it has passed away.

Since there are many machines out there and no activity in this
group, I assume discussion must be going on elsewhere.

Any pointers to old discussions, or mailing list archives, or
disassembled ROM listings, or software dealers would be
real helpful!

Thanks in advance,

Jordan Pollack

A book that covers most of the ROM code for the
Model 100, and how to get the most out of it, is

Hidden Powers of the TRS-80 Model 100
	Christopher L. Morgan
	A Plume/Waite Book c. 1984
	New American Library

Radio Shack itself published a list of entry points
to the ROM routines in both their Newsletter (now
discontinued, I believe) and in a little release
called
	Model 100 ROM Functions
		(700-2245)

Hope this helps. I've had my Model 100 for over two
years now and it has been fun... mind you, I am not
using mine much now as I bought myself an Atari 520ST
last Thursday! Life marches on...
