**** **** From the keys of Steve Henning, AT&T Bell Labs, Reading, PA mhuxl!smh I have been using Omniterm Plus, from Lindbergh Systems, 617-263-5049 for a couple years now and found it works great with vi, vnews, etc. I has TTY, VT100, VT102, VT52, and VT200 emulations. It has XMODEM file transfer, and runs upto 19,200 baud. Also, they are very responsive to questions. The original Omniterm was a much more restircted terminal package. It didn't work with a VT100 termcap but required a special termcap. It did not support XMODEM. If you need to use a wide variety of mainframes and need to insure file integrity then Omniterm Plus is worth it. If you are getting by with Omniterm then why change.
