The modules that I purchased, havean 8k x 8 RAM plus a transistor etc. I'm not sure of the RAM part number, but I did get 3 chips for $20 (U.S.) per chip. Also there were no duty charges...only sales tax ($9.27 Canadian) . I bought my memory modules about a month ago from a company called Node Computer Systems and I am very satisfied with them....their address: Node Computer Systems 720 Capitola Ave.,BLDG.
