Who cares how rs salespeople are dressed. I have enough trouble finding one, and then getting him to talk to me unless I dress in a blue business suit and wave $100's under his nose. Also, why is it that 90% of rs salespeople claim to have been on the job for only two days. Does it take that long for them to discover that their job description doesn't seem to include talking to the public??? Always the best bet: find out where the service center is. RS hasn't trained them people avoidance techniques yet. They are always friendly and helpful and know what is going on. Even when my local rscc hadn't heard of the 3000 they had.
