Have you wondered why sometimes those great new additions to Coco-III BASIC, ON ERR GOTO and ON BRK GOTO, don't always take effect? Turns out the good ole CLEAR statement (used to reserved string and raw memory space) not only wipes out any variables and arrays (always has), but also undoes these ON stmts. Betcha can't find that one in the new manual-- took me an hour of profanity to find it. PS: Has anyone noticed more I/O errors than usual on their Coco-III disk accesses? A friend has. -- Mike J Knudsen ...ihnp4!ihwpt!knudsen Bell Labs (AT&T) (312)-979-4132 (work) You think AT&T thinks about CoCos, music, or Star Trek? No? Then, these opinions must be all mine!
