I was under the impression that no one got any points in a seki. It makes sense since both players are permitted to move but neither one has the guts. Scott Hankerson P.S. Maybe next time I'll consult my book before posting

#R:siemens:-18000:fortune:38000004:000:1007 fortune!jones Apr 6 18:08:00 1984 This example is from the Intenational Handbook and Dictionary which states that the four points, 'a', 'b', 'c', and 'd' are left vacant during counting and that black cannot count 'c' or 'd' as territory since the two black groups are not independently alive. Sounds to me like Scott is right that there is no countable territory inside of a seki. Any counter examples?
