The following troff file makes a rather pretty picture of a go board - on our Imagen laser printer anyhow. I use this for recording games. No preprocessors or anything - just 'troff whatever'. Also, unfortunately, no parameterization - it's all in absolute cm. units - fits nicely onto 8.5x11, which I photocopy, 3-hole-punch, and put in a binder.
