From what I've heard, the practice hasn't stopped, although major Celtic
archeological sites may no longer be the target.  I wish I had the specifics
handy, but I recall reading that a well-known evangelist recently made a trip
to Texas to help a millionaire friend destroy a priceless private collection
of non-Western art, chiefly East Indian sculpture if I recall correctly.
