Is there a long-time Dr. Who fan out there who is able to define
the cronological order of the books and/or tv shows? Perhaps
someone could make us aware of the existance of a reference book
similar to the "Twilight Zone Companion" which lists the actors,
plots, and background of various episodes.

I'd like to see a listing on the net of Dr Who books. I've got two or three of a collection (with preface by Harlan Ellison) but I'd like to know what else is available. If anyone would like to know more, I'll post the authors & publisher of the books I have. Debby Kirkman AT&T IS 4g520 Holmdel, NJ

Look for the "Dr. Who Programme Guide" Volume 1 "The Programmes"
by Jean-Marc Lofficier, Target Books, London. I bought mine
at Books Inc. in San Jose, CA. This lists every Dr. Who episode
made up to the time of the book's publication (1981). It gives a
plot synopsis and a complete cast and crew list for each one.
A companion book, Volume 2 "What's What and Who's Who" has other
facts about the series including a complete list of book adaptations.
The adaptation of "The Five Doctors" is already available. It's by
Terrance Dicks and is also published by Target.
