Bluegrass is already being actively discussed in net.music.folk. I haven't
heard any complaints yet from folkies saying that bluegrass wasn't welcome
there; why not try that newsgroup and see whether you like it before
proposing a new one?
As for net.music.jazz and net.music.synth, I am becoming more convinced each
day that the time has come. Somebody better un-convince me pretty soon or
I'm going to create them...
