One of the phrases I remember most (though I can't remember
the episode name) was "Exterminate!" which the daleks said
throughout the entire show (and even in the anniversary show)

	Doctor: "Oh, just a passing thought.""

	and, finally, from "Creature in the Pit":

	"Hmm...'Everest in Easy Stages'...oh, it's in Tibetan."
