Bessie, the third Doctor's suped-up yellow roadster, was a normal car
when the Brigadeer gave it to the Doctor. However, there were some
modifications made to it. (It is rumored that it is currently sitting
in a used car lot run by former Sgt. Benton 8-) )
As to the Sonic Screwdriver, it has been (Will Be?) destroyed by the
Tereptiles (sp?) in one of the Davison episodes. The fact that it was
destroyed was not the choice of the Tereptiles, regardless of what some
people may think! John Nathan-Turncoat has said that the previous Doctors
(Pertwee and esp. Tom Baker) used it to get out of sticky situations too
convienently, ergo get rid of it.
Oh well....
