[net.tv.drwho] was the lizard circuit fixed?

     Now, I've only seen the final Tom Baker episode ("Logopolis") once,
but something has always bothered me abit.
     The Doctor most definitely goes to Logopolis to get the Chameleon
circuit fix, but I got the distinct impression that with the Master
doing all sorts of disturbing things and, in general, f*cking up the
normal lifestyle of the place that the Chameleon circuit never truly
got fix.
     Question: Does the Doctor at any time in this episode say something
like "Well, now that the Chameleon circuit is fixed ..... " ?
