[Seek...Locate...EXTERMINATE!!]

Well, folks. There seems to be a LOT of talk about Robots on _Doctor
Who_! Well, here is a list compiled with the help of some reference
books of all robots which have appeared from Hartnell to the end of
Tom Baker's (can't just say Baker anymore, sorry Colin!) era.

Info is given in production order, and multiple appearances are noted
only in the original episode (Do you *really* need to know *all* the
episodes featuring Cybermen????) First, the "Pure" (100% mechanical)
robots, then the "Half-breeds", and finally, Maniac Computers.

Hartnell
Ice Soldiers ("The Keys of Marinus")
   Mechanoids ("The Chase")
   Chumblies ("Galaxy Four")
The War Machines (WOTAN's Mobile Extension) (same name)
   Cybermen ("The Tenth Planet")

Troughton
   Cybermats("The Tomb of the Cybermen")
   Yeti ("The Abominable Snowmen")
   Servo-Robot ("The Wheel in Space")
   Quarks ("The Dominators")

   Sutehk's Mummies ("Pyramids of Mars")
Various Krall Androids ("The Android Invasion")
Dums, Vocs, Super-Vocs ("The Robots of Death")
   K-9 ("The Invisible Enemy")
The Polyphase Avatron ("The Pirate Planet")
   Androids of Tara (same)
   Movellans ("Destiny of the Daleks")
   Gundans ("Warrior's Gate")

"Half-Breeds". This includes anything which is part mechanical and part
something else, usually flesh of some sort (Daleks are questionable 8-> )

Hartnell
Daleks (everyone's favorite!) ("The Daleks" nat'ch)
Robomen ("The Dalek Invasion of Earth" (A.D. 2164))

Pertwee
   Autons ("Terror of the Autons")
   Arcturus ("The Curse of Peladon")

Tom Baker
The Skarasen ("Terror of the Zygons" (Loch Ness Monster))
   The Oracle's Seers ("Underworld")
The Captain of Zanek ("The Pirate Planet")

Also, there were a few Meglomaniatic Computers, including---

Hartnell
The Consience of Marinus ("The Keys of Marinus")
   WOTAN ("The War Machines")

Troughton
Computer in charge of Land of Fiction ("The Mind Robber")
   The Kroton Machine ("The Krotons")

Don't forget Mr. Sin from The Talons of Wing Chiang (Tom Baker).
I'd say that you'd classify Mr. Sin (the peking something-or-other)
as a half-breed robot; it had a pig's cerebral cortex as its biological
component.
