For those of you who may have been absent, here is the question:

What actor who has played one of the five past or present Dr. Whos
appears in a comedic movie based on a play by a Roman playwright?

Almost useless hint: the name of the playwright and the actor begin with
the same letter.

Well, the answer is:

The actor is John Pertwee, and he appears about halfway through the
play 'A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum', which is based
on a comedy called 'Pseudolus' by the Roman playwright Plautus.
I hoped you liked this piece of worthless trivia.

By the way, Plautus' plays have been adapted before. His comedy
'The Menaechmus Twins' was adapted by Shakespeare in
'A Comedy of Errors'.

Please note that in my submission of answers, I said Pertwee appeared in
the *play* 'A Funny Thing ...' when I really meant the MOVIE!

A follow-up even more poinless trivia question:

What famous silent movie actor also appeared in the movie "A funny thing
happened on the way to the forum"?

(Answer follows on the next page, for those of you who can't wait)

Buster Keaton (sorry to spoil it for you, but I'm not on this system very
much)
