OK I've been reading this newsgroup now and I've noticed there are alot of new viewers. I'm trying to contact some of the long time viewers and I'll start with a few trivia questions for the more knowledgeable who fan. 1. In the adventure, the underworld, what were the names of the father and son slaves? (hint: both start with I) 2. Who were the "The Three Who Rule"? 3. What common earth substance could kill the Fendahleen? 4. Name two silicon based life-forms encountered by the Doc. That's all for now. If I get alot of replies, I will post more questions. The answers to these will be posted in about a week. ".....Don't move or I'll kill him with this deadly jelly baby." Doctor T. (Damien) ..!ihnp4!ihuxn!jjsk

<nosh, nosh, nosh> Here are my answers, such as they are, to the trivia quiz. Sorry to post them instead of mailing them, but I'm new here and haven't figured mail out yet. 1. Idmon and Idas. (Actually, I cheated here. I looked them up in the _Doctor Who Programme Guide_ because I didn't want to wait two weeks for them to show the epi- sode here again.) 2. Haven't the faintest idea. Sorry. (No, don't hit me! No, please, not the Comfy Chair!) 3. Salt. 4. a) Eldrad, of course. b) Don't know, unless you count Cybermen :-) "Are you in charge here?" "No, but I'm full of ideas!" From which episode did my signoff quote come?

Besides Eldrad and his kin, the Augery (Ogery? ... who knows?) in "Stones of Blood" were silicon-based. -- Rsk the Wombat UUCP: { decvax, ihnp4, uiucdcs, ucbvax } !pur-ee!rsk { decwrl, hplabs, psuvax1 } !purdue!rsk "Hey, has anybody seen a ghost?"
