Barb asked, and as I made a version of Colin's outfit for Panopticon
West 1984, I will attempt to describe it.
The sixth Doctor wears:
Yellow pants with Black vertical stripes;
A white shirt with red gingham button facings and cuffs;
A turquoise (sp?) tie (long bow) with white dots;
A waistcoat with orange welts, left side brown tweed, right
side a bluish argyle pattern, and a green & black watchfob;
Green shoes;
Red spats;
And the coat....Left lapel pink with a cat pin, right lapel yellow,
Left upper sleeve pink, right upper sleeve red, front and under-
sleeves red and black plaid, collar and pocket flaps blue/green/
white/purple squares, lime green side gussets...etc
Cut of the coat is identical to Davisons, however, each section
of cloth is a different pattern. Not sure of the back colors,
but there is a blue plaid, a red plaid, and some more green and
red solids.
You asked....
"That was the problem with my last regeneration. I had a sort of feckless
charm that just wasn't me!"
"Such a dazzling coat of many colors..."

Wow. Yecchh. Just reading the description made my eyes hurt. But then,
I \did/ ask.... Now I know what they mean when they say "Ignorance is
bliss".
It could produce some interesting situations, though. Anyone care to
speculate as to what the reaction of Jon Pertwee's Doctor might be upon
meeting the sixth Doctor, in some future edition of "The n Doctors"?
May your coat never fade (?),
