If I remember correctly, in Castrovalva, Peter was looking around the Tardis for new clothing and came upon the cricket outfit on a coat rack somewhere. He apparently liked cricket since he played it very well in a later episode (The Black Orchid??). -King ARPA:ables@ut-ngp UUCP:{ctvax,ihnp4,kpno,seismo}!ut-sally!ut-ngp!ables

The "trail" is followed back and forth several times. People keep picking up half a waistcoat or looking at one end of a long line of yarn. #R:ut-ngp:-84200:uicsl:11000003:000:502 uicsl!gmk Aug 18 17:26:00 1984 Yes. Peter Davison was searching through the TARDIS looking for the Zero Room to aid him in his regeneration. Since the TARDIS is a confusing place, he left a trail of clothing behind him so he could find his way back to the control room. An unfortunate casualty was the Scarf, which he ruthlessly unraveled along the way (a moment of silence please). In the course of his wanderings he found the coat and hat on a rack and the remaining clothes in a room. Gary Koob pur-ee!uiucdcs!uicsg!gmk

Yes, and if I remember correctly, he (Davison) spent most of the first half of that episode unraveling the trademark Baker scarf. Diane Wilkerson ..!hopd3!dvw
