Confessions of a Jelly Baby Addict:
HELP! I went to my first Who con last year, where I discovered
that dealers actually SOLD jellybabies (albeit at ridiculous prices).
So I bought a couple of boxes, fully intending to eat half of one and
bring the leftover home to my Who-loving friends (and sister).
But, unfortunately, before I knew it, the boxes were both empty except
for one or two red ones (which I don't really like. Give me the
*black* ones, please!) and the intended half-a-box of jellybabies for
my sister had dwindled to one. She didn't like that very much.
This year, I bought quite a few more boxes than last year, but still,
they weren't enough. Then it struck me. I said to myself, "Isn't
there somewhere near Boston that sells Jelly Babies?!"
But I have no way to find a place like this, so I'm posting this to
ask for the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of any candy or
specialty food dealers that sell jelly babies in the Boston area.
Or Massachusetts in general. Or New England. Or New York State, even!
Please! Help an addict! I may die of jelly baby withdrawal...
