I was reading through net.startrek a couple of months ago and saw an article about a short story titled "The Doctor and the Enterprise". Since I am a Doctor Who and Star Trek fan, I was understandably curious. Whether it is good, fair, or terminally putrid, I'd like to at least give it a look-see. If anybody knows where I can find it , I'd like to know. If you could, post it on the net. Someone else might like to know. Thanks a lot.

Assuming that this note gets posted, I know where this story is. "The Doctor and the Enterprise" was run a while ago in a magazine titled simply, "Enterprise." It was good, considering what it had to deal with. It fails to capture Tom Baker's Doctor adequately, but captures the Star Trek characters well, and it is absurd most of the time. e.g., Spock mind- melds with the Doctor and gains some of his characteristics, and the Enterprise encounters Daleks in outer space whom the Enterprise picks off. (Plus a few Sontarans.) "Enterprise" is still continuing, and the issues containing this story can be found at the smallest conventions.
