Somoeone asked recently about how many Hartnell and Troughton stories might possibly be available to be seen. Many Hartnell stories appear to have survived, but sadly, it appears that there are but a mere half-dozen Troughton stories available. Hartnell Stories available -------------------------- An Unearthly Child The Daleks The Edge of Destruction The Keys of Marinus The Aztecs The Sensorites Planet of Giants The Dalek Invasion of Earth The Rescue The Romans The Web Planet The Space Museum The Chase The Time Meddler The Ark The Gunfighters The War Machines According to my sources (The Story Guide posted very late last year on the net by Jamie Green and Doctor Who: A Celebration, primarily) "The Tenth Planet" is not listed as having all the episodes available, but I remember an article posted talking about a color tinitng process used on that story, so I don't know whether to include it or not. Patrick Troughton stories available ----------------------------------- The Dominators The Mind Robber The Krotons The Seeds of Death The War Games These are all from the last Troughton season, when the Doctor had Jamie and Zoe as his companions. If there are any corrections or updates, I'm sure someone will be good enough to post it. It's too bad, really, that so many of them are missing, including "The Dalek Master Plan", "The Celestial Toymaker", "The Tomb of the Cybermen", and "The Ice Warriors", among others. But, who knows? Oops! I should have said five instead of a mere half-dozen. I suppose you could also count episodes like "The Two Doctors", "The Three Doctors" and "The Five Doctors".
