[alias exterminate "kill -9"] Some time ago, I heard rumors that there was another Band-Aid type song that was being done, but the proceeds were to go to the BBC, specifically for the continuation of our favorite program. I have recently heard that it has been released in Great Britain. Does anyone know which artists are on the record, and how well it is doing in sales? (Again, I've heard rumors, but rumors are poppycock until we have proof that they are facts.) While it has not been released here yet, and if your hand (or computer terminal :-) ) is not sore yet from writing all those letters, we should write to the Doctor of Dementia (i.e. Dr. Demento) and have him play it. -- Jim Poltrone (a/k/a Poltr1, the Last of the Raster Blasters) uucp: [decvax, watmath, rocksvax]!sunybcs!acsgjjp ARPAnet, CSnet: acsgjjp%buffalo@CSNET-RELAY BITNET: ACSGJJP@SUNYABVA

A fact about this song (album, actually): Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant are on it, and the BBC has banned it. (The last song the BBC banned reached #1!) -- James C Armstrong, Jnr. ihnp4!abnji!nyssa Chap with wings there, five rounds rapid!
