[net.tv.drwho] Lionheart, Time-Life, Caves of whatever, and K9 & Co.

This probably only has relevance in the San Francisco bay area, but
anyone else notice that the Lionheart title has disappeared from the
Channel 54 Dr Who trailer, to be replaced with 'Distributed by Time-
Life'? Is there a story behind this, or are the two synonymous, or
was the Baker stories not distributed by Lionheart?

Another thing I was wondering about: Used to be, the good doctor
was brought to you by 'KWSS, music between a rock and a soft place,
and by members of KTEH, viewer supported television.' This little
ditty has since disappeared as well. I know us viewers have continued
to support the doctor, but has KWSS withdrawn their support? (Does
this mean I can stop listening to them? (:-)))

Next, as all you local sites know, KTEH (54) screwed up part four
of Caves of Androzonni (or however it's spelled). The picture goes
blank in four or five places for a few minutes. I'd like to get
ahold of an unadulterated copy of Caves, at least part four. Is
there one circulating locally? If not, is there anyone else farther
away willing to help out?

Finally, K9 and Company was shown here not long ago, and I was given
to understand it was finally being made available nationwide. (I
may be wrong on this.) Anyway, there must be people out there who
just recently saw it for the first time, but I have yet to see any
discussion of the show, other than it's existance. What did you
whofans think of it?

Gee, getting a lot of milage out of one posting, there.

I did see K9 & Co. for the first time, and, since I am an Elizabeth
Sladen/Sarah Jane fan, I enjoyed it somewhat. But as a Who-fan, it
was somewhat disappointing. I cannot imagine a whole series of K9 & Co.
Any other views?

The first question is, was the story in episode form with an announcer
talking every now and then or was it one complete story? If it was
in episode form, that is Time-Life. Lionheart distributes the long
form here in the states.

I have a copy on VHS and can make a copy. Send me mail.
