[net.misc] How expensive is it? CA vs. CO

Most of this discussion appeared in net.wanted, but I have moved
this part of if to net.misc where it seemed slightly more appropriate.

She's right. California is a MUCH better place than Colorado. If you
ever get the choice, DON'T MOVE TO COLORADO. Move to CALIFORNIA. The
weather here is the pits; (you've heard of the Denver Blizzards, no doubt,
and I'm not talking about a pro sports team) no social life, nothing to do
with your weekends. Honest! It's worse than Cleveland here. All that
stuff about Rocky Mountain high is just hype. Any pictures you see of the
mountains west of Denver and Boulder are actually pictures of Salt Lake
City or someplace in the Grand Tetons!

That article in Time Magazine about cocaine in Boulder was just a ploy
by the Californians to get all their druggies to move here. They're
talking about getting rid of Boulder's D.A. for being too soft on drugs,
and we already have a law here of questionable constitutionality that
allows the police to seize all of ones possessions if you're suspected
of pushing drugs. Four big cocaine busts in the last year. Keep out!

You would probably do better to move to Texas where there isn't even any
state income tax.
