The bridge appears in the closing credits of the theme up to the last season of Pertwee, (when the credits change to the tunnel and Sarah first appears) then reappears in the closing sequence of the late Bakers, when the tunneling leaves and the electronic version sets in and continues through at least until Colin Baker. It apparently was removed to shorten the closing credits...does anyone know whether this was to give more show time or more commercial time? Also, does anyone know what kind of synthesizor was used in the early Baker version? And what kind of instrumentation was on the sixty-three version? I'm not sure when the technology was available, the earliest one I've heard was on the Beatles "Yes it is" which I guess is about sixty five.
