[net.tv.drwho] Opening title of "Aztecs" -- Where?

Did anyone else notice that in "The Aztecs," the name of the story
and author was never mentioned.  Anybody know why not?  I thought
that the way they did the title of "Keys of Marinus" turned
out very well.
