Could someone please explain who DR WHO is. I never heard of the show until I got on the network but never paid much attention to the news group. Last weekend a local PBS station had a DR WHO show on, so I thought I would watch it. It certainly was interesting but I am sure I would have enjoyed it more if I knew more about the show.
