I am considering attending Tardis 22 in Chicago. Being relatively new to the Dr. Who scene, I would like to find out more about what is happening which days, and what to expect. Does anyone have a schedule of special happenings/events that will be occuring at Tardis 22 ? Kirk Smith Purdue

Sorry, no actual information here. That probably won't be available until the convention opens. However, the things that were available last year include : Continuous videos: several episodes of each of the doctors. This year I expect some Blakes-7 episodes as well. Nightly cabaret's featuring most of the guests performing. Seats are limited, and likely sold out by now. "Lunch with the stars: - daily, limited to about 100 seats. Several simultaneous "tracked" panels. Each panel will have 5 to 7 guests fielding questions from the audience. "Tracked" means the panel is run several times, and you are given a color-code indicating which time you are allowed in. Vendors area. A large room with dozens of booths selling Dr Who merchandise. Everything from books to T-shirts to buttons to mini-Daleks. Costume contest. I don't know what prizes are awarded, but I believe there are several categories to compete in. E.G. best doctor, best companion. There's probably more, but I've forgotten from last year. "Reality is a crutch for people who can't handle science fiction conventions" T.
