I have a friend knitting a Tom Baker scarf for her husband for christmas, using the official BBC pattern posted to the net a few months ago. Tension is standard, but after completing the pattern the scarf is only ~12 feet long. This seems short. Does anyone out there know what the official length is. I assume one just starts repeating the pattern until the desired length is achieved. Any comments, hints, suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Time is at a premium, quick replies will be appreciated. Send E-mail and I will summarize if there is enough interest. Thanx in advance.
