[net.astro.expert] Sun & Moon rise/set time program needed

I need a program to calculate the rise and set times of the Sun and Moon.
I don't need enormous accuracy; +/- 5 minutes would be fine, but the more
accurate the better.

There was a fine program called 'p' posted last month which has that
data, among other things, but unfortunately the rise/set times are way
off, especially for the moon, which is 2 or 3 hours off at least.
