[net.lang.f77] BSD 4.2, Sys V, Sys V.2 differences

    Can anyone out there explain the major differences between
BSD 4.2 f77, System V f77 and System V.2 f77. I am looking for 
implementation differences such as optimization work. The version
that is settled on for porting will have to match up to a System III 
based 'C' code generator (with FLEXNAMES).
