[net.lang.f77] Wanted: student FORTRAN compiler for IBM PC

Does anyone have a suggestion for an IBM PC FORTRAN 77 compiler suitable
for student use? Desirable features are speed of compilation and low
cost (on the order of Turbo Pascal). Efficient code generation and
support for the full language are less important. It is desirable,
however, that the compiler support the passing of arrays with variable
dimensions. That's a standard FORTRAN feature we were disappointed to
see missing in the UCSD p-system versions. (Their FORTRAN is rather
buggy in general, by the way.)

Thanks,
