Here is Sport Magazines Pre-Season Top 20 College Basketball Teams: 1. Memphis State (From the same people who said Tennessee would win the National Championship in football) 2. Kentucky (Should be #1!!) 3. Houston (Should be #1 or #2) 4. North Carolina (Always in the top 10) 5. Louisville 6. Iowa 7. Georgetown 8. Wichita State 9. Maryland 10. Fresno State 11. Georgia (The SEC is again the best basketball conference) 12. Boston College 13. Wake Forest 14. DePaul (Ray Meyers last season) 15. Iona 16. Kansas 17. Tulsa 18. UCLA 19. Syracuse 20. Virginia Votes for the pre-season Net College Basketball Poll should be in to me by 11/17/83. If enough votes are received for Canadian Basketball Teams, I will also post the results for that poll.
