After a relatively slow start, the Los Angeles Lakers are starting to play good ball again. Kareem hit a jump shot from the baseline at the buzzer Sunday night to beat the Spurs by a point, 99-98. That's 9 wins in a row for da' boys, whose record is now 24-10, approaching the records of Boston and Philly. They also have a ~7 game lead in the Pacific Division, and it looks like another trip to the NBA finals (4th in 5 years!) is forthcoming.
