Villanova 66, Georgetown 64. What an incredible upset - even bigger than N.C. State's upset of Houston in the '82 finals. Nobody, myself included, thought Villanova could deny mighty Georgetown its second straight NCAA title - except the Wildcats themselves. They only shot an INCREDIBLE 78.6% from the floor (a record), and canned most of their free throws down the stretch, to play the game of their lives and beat the mighty Hoyas. Villanova truly deserves the National Championship - their path included wins over Michigan (#3), North Carolina (#8), Memphis St. (#5) and of course Georgetown (#1). My hat is off to the Villanova Wildcats - the improbable champions. No April Fools! ----- Bruce Kovalsky ..!trwrb!trwspp!spp2!kovalsky "How do you make a small fortune in the stock market?"
