Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals was spectacular from start to finish. Did you see the DEFENSE !! Either team could have won that game. Looks like we've got another classic Celtics / Sixers series on our hands !! If LA had played either team today, they would have been blown out. It's too bad that there isn't another quality team in the Western Conference to balance out the Lakers. Surely Cleveland could do a more credible job than Denver. Look for Boston in seven (with a little bit of luck !) and LA to lose in six games to either Eastern Team in the Championship round. Were we watching the same game??? The one that I saw consisted mainly of the sixers giving the ball away (like dribbling up court between two defenders). If it wasn't for the fact that they are a great team, they would not have even been in that ball game. The fact that the Celtics DIDN'T just walk of the court with them just showed me that neither of those two teams is going to have an easy time with LA.
